RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from Rinsedtshirts then it can be exchanged or refunded under our 14 day guarantee. So if you are not happy with your t-shirt then please follow the instructions below.

Before sending back any item please email us at info@rinsedtshirts.co.uk to request a returns number. When sending any item back the returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and please also return the original receipt, no return will be accepted if this procedure is not followed.

You will be responsible for the returned item until they reach us so please make sure that you have proof of posting or a secure method of postage.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If any items are not returned in their original condition we reserve the right to refuse the returned item.

Rinsedtshirts will refund the full amount you paid to us for any item being returned or exchange at no extra cost but is not liable for any cost of returns postage in this instance. If you return any item that is faulty or due to an error by us then the cost of the return postage will also be refunded.
